We provide in-home and community nursing services to Older Australians looking for extra help at home to remain independent. safe and reduce social isolation, adults and older Australians recovering from an illness, injury or care or work related accident at home to regain their full recovery and return to their normal functioning, and people living with disabilities to gain more independence, connect in their community and improve quality of life.

In-Home Respite Care - Short-Term Care At Home
To enable people to live as autonomously as possible such as personal hygiene, dressing, medication assistance, meals management , lifestyle activities , exercises. It also provides a short term break from the primary carer.

In-Home Personal Care
In-home personal care provides a wide range of in-home personal care services for elderly such as bathing, showering, dressing, grooming.

Social Support & Community Participation
Telephone based social calls , transport to local social activities and companionship carers.

Travel and Transport Assistance
This includes assistance with going for medical appointments , shopping and local events.

Nursing & Clinical Care
We offer specialised nursing care such as Insulin management , Bowel management , Dementia, Palliative management , Wound care , Stoma care , Medication monitoring , Health monitoring , Compression stocking , Bandaging application , Injections, Care management

Overnight And 24-Hour Care - Long Term Care At Home
We help with overnight and 24-hour care for clients requiring around the clock care for seniors & elderly Australians.

In-Home Domestic Assistance
In-home Domestic assistance can include tasks such as cleaning , dusting , vacuuming , laundry , bed linen changing and meal preparation.

Recovery Care | Post Hospital Care
Recovery care is designed to help you return to your normal health and functioning after an illness, injury, surgery, accident or returning home from hospital.

Community Nursing Services
(Transport Accident Scheme and Work Safe VIC)
We provide nursing care services to eligible TAC clients after a motor vehicle accident and Work Safe clients after a work accident. We are a registered provider with Work Safe VIC and TAC (Transport Accident Commission)
Step by Step Process
1) Make an enquiry – You can call us on 0494 180 438 or click on the Book a Free Consultation on our website.
2) Meet & Discuss – One of our clinical team members will get in touch with you to have an initial discussion to understand what services you need and will benefit you at home. We guide you through the process while respecting your wishes.
3) Create Support Plan – Once we identify the services you require, one of our Registered Nurses will get in touch to organise a face-to-face visit to create a personalised, consumer-directed support plan for services you need. We collaborate with you or your appointed family carer to develop your plan.
4) Coordinate Services – Once we have settled on the services you require, one of our Registered Nurses will collaborate with you to organise the services for you according to your needs & preferences.
5) Start Service– Once our Registered Nurses have organised services for you, we will send the appropriate team members to support you with your care and services. We endeavour to start your services within 1-2 weeks from signing a service agreement.
6) Ongoing Follow-Up- We do not leave you after starting services. We will follow up with you and your carers regularly to ensure that you are receiving your care and services as agreed. We also work with you and change services according to your care needs and as requested by you, your appointed family carer or your health care practitioners.
